RHYANNE'S EXPERIENCE IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT RCI FINANCIAL SERVICES

Hi, my name’s Rhyanne and I study International Business Management at the University of Surrey. I am currently in my fifth month of my placement within the Commercial Methods team in the Sales Department at RCI Financial Services. Working at RCI appealed to me greatly, due to its association with four international vehicle brands: Renault, Nissan, Dacia and Infiniti and it being a large and innovative organisation.

My role in the Commercial Methods team requires me to adapt to different styles of work and projects; from data analysis and reporting to designing a homepage for our new learning management system. I find the diversity of tasks extremely beneficial because it provides me with the opportunity to unleash both my creativity and analytical skills whilst gaining real-life experience.

Being a part of RCI Financial Services is very inspiring. The managers care about our personal development and provides us with effective training before we are given a large amount of responsibility. Being given real responsibility within RCI allows us to use our own initiative and creativity to introduce new ideas and lead our own projects.

The well-balanced work environment along with the positive attitude of the teams and the sparkly new office makes every day something to look forward to.
